Delivery Time

• Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days
• We ship via trusted UK couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day
• No dispatches on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

You may request an exchange or store credit if:

• The item is unused and unopened
• It is in its original, sealed packaging (including any protective wrapping or cellophane)
• The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

Please note that we cannot accept returns of used or opened perfumes due to hygiene reasons.

How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

• Your order number
• The reason for the exchange
• Whether you’d prefer an exchange or store credit

We’ll guide you through the next steps once we receive your request.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns
• Once your item is received and inspected, we will issue either:
  • A replacement item, or
  • A store credit code (valid for future purchases)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no extra cost to you.
